Atrium Health - Proton Center
Atrium Health has created a beautiful and soothing environment for what can otherwise be a very challenging time for cancer patients. The Atrium Health Levine Proton and Advanced Radiation Center is a great example of how critical health care can be administered in a welcoming and beautiful environment. Much thanks to the Director, Amy Hicks, and her staff for the wonderful job they have done in the design of this state-of-the-art facility.
Leigh was blessed to have 3 pieces of her artworks, Lakeside, Mountain Stream, and River View selected to be permanently displayed in the Proton Beam area of the center. These three alcohol ink paintings were Leigh’s way of capturing the beauty and inherent hope that can be found in God and His creation that surrounds us. They were selected for display based on the peaceful scenes and soothing colors used in each of them.
