Cheap Joe's Demo
Cheap Joe’s Art Stuff is one of those go-to places for Artists in the Carolinas. In addition to providing just about everything you need for creating art, Cheap Joe’s supports artists through various avenues. In Charlotte, the Art Charlotte’s non-profit benefited as Cheap Joe’s provided a meeting space for some of their monthly meetings. They also provided a venue for local artists to gain exposure by presenting; showing how they used various tools and mediums in creating their artwork.
Leigh had one of those opportunities to do an Alcohol Ink demonstration and highlight some of her recent work. This demonstration attracted a very engaged group of artists. The venue also became a place where the work of other non-profits, that used art in their programs, could be given exposure to the greater Charlottes art community.
