CLT City Council
SIR, a boutique strategic management consultancy, based out of Richmond VA, was looking for an artist to lead a teambuilding art project as part of their work with the Charlotte City Council’s Strategic Planning Retreat. Leigh was able to answer that call.
The 2-day, on-site project involved designing a project that City Council Members and the Mayor could execute successfully, would represent the history and diversity of the city, and create an environment where the success of the project would allow for and be dependent on them working as a team.
The project was a great success. The team enjoyed the project, were thrilled with the results, and invited Leigh to present it to the City Council at on open Council meeting and them permanently display it at the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Government Center.
