VA Beach City Council
Leigh had previously done worked with SIR, a boutique strategic management consultancy, based out of Richmond VA, on a team building exercise as part of the Charlotte City Council’s Strategic Planning Retreat. When the city of VA Beach hired SIR to help with their strategic planning, Leigh was recruited once again for the art team building exercise.
The 2-day, on-site project involved designing a project that City Council Members could work as a team to execute successfully andwould highlight all that the resort city of VA Beach had to offer. The project was a great success. The council members worked as a team to paint the large panels and then worked individual to paint the each of the icons. The members then signed the completed work at the unveiling ceremony, after which is was installed in their government center.
